This is an amazingly detailed replica of the Arc Generator gun used in Neill Blomkamp’s District 9.

This is a 10 inch replica designed by Dr Grordbort’s designer Greg Broadmore and modeled on the actual props created by the artists and craftspeople at Weta Workshop.

This gun comes battle worn, alien gunk oozing out of its couplings and all the scratches and markings you’d expect from tough action in District 9 and by handling by Nigerian gun runners.

It’s made of cast metal and sits on a display stand.

This is a Limited Edition prop replica of only 750.

It’s a replica of the 1:1 Scale Arc Generator which is now pretty hard to get.

Check out Factory Entertainment’s Gas Gun & Kato Dart prop replica from the 1966 television series The Green Hornet.

This officially licensed replica is an intricately modeled prop replica based on the surviving original props from the show as well as archive materials. It is modeled on the ‘hero’ prop used for close up scenes and has working features that include a moving trigger mechanism and adjustable gas gauge.

Push the release catch and a hidden door in the handle opens, containing a solid metal gas cartridge that can be removed.

Construction consists of hand crafting from aluminum, brass, zinc and resin components. It has a heavy weighted high quality feel and is finished in a two tone green paint scheme which matches the prop seen in most episodes as well as the opening credits.

The Kato Dart prop replica is also hand crafted and features a metal barb, molded body and translucent wings. It is decorated with a yellow body design to match a dart prop thrown by Kato in the episode ‘Freeway To Death.’ This is the one that was used by Bruce Lee!

This is a limited edition prop replica, limited to only 250 numbered pieces worldwide.

Each replica comes complete with a museum quality display base with acrylic cover and includes a detailed prop story booklet , blueprint style instructions, certificate of authenticity and a numbered signature edition plaque. The product is presented in a presentation style box bearing the distinctive Green Hornet moiré pattern.

This very special signature edition includes the ultimate endorsement, the hand signed autograph of the Green Hornet himself, Mr. Van Williams, the actor who portrayed Britt Reid and his alter ego The Green Hornet in every one of the original episodes .

MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 2 was the best thing on TV tonight (it was watch that or THE HAPPENING), and while watching it I began wondering if there were any cool prop replica’s from the film out there.

Turns out there was – kind of. There’s this very rare Ethan Hunt Framed 92FS Baretta which is now no longer available.

Here’s the description of the prop replica from The Golden Closet

This framed prop 92FS Baretta was used by the character Ethan Hunt portrayed by actor Tom Cruise in “Mission Impossible 2” starring Dougray Scott and Thandie Morton. The matted display case with faux bullet holes measures approx. 25 X 30 inches. The display has a publicity image from the motion picture above the shadow box mounted Baretta, which has a plaque below that reads “This rubber Baretta 92FS Compact gun was used by the character Ethan Hunt portrayed by Tom Cruise in the Paramount production of Mission Impossible 2. This prop gun was utilized by Mr. Cruise throughout the filming of his stunt sequences”. The gun is an exact replica of a Baretta 925S, and is constructed out of a dense rubber material. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the weapons coordinator. Presented by The Golden Closet, your premiere source for screen used wardrobe, props, and music entertainment memorabilia.

Not one of the most fantastic prop replicas around, but obviously a pretty cool one to lay your hands on – if ever you can.

Master Replicas official reproduction of the STAR WARS Stormtrooper E-11 Blaster Rifle (seen throughout STAR WARS: Episode IV: A New Hope) was released as a Limited Edition item of only 3,500 pieces worldwide.

This movie prop replica has long since sold out – but you can still get it if you look around hard enough and, from time to time, via private sale. As I write this there is an opportunity to get one via auction on Ebay. Here’s an image of the private sale piece:

The bid is currently at $350. If you want a shot at winning this for yourself or just want to see more images, the auction is at the following link:

STAR WARS Stormtrooper E-11 Blaster Prop Replica (Ebay Auction)

Despite this awesome Star Wars Blaster replica often being referred to as a Stormtrooper’s rifle, it is actually a prop that was modeled after a 1950’s British submachine gun.

It is made of metal with ABS parts and detailing and weighs almost 30 pounds.

Comes with a custom display case, numbered plaque, plaque stand, and certificate of authenticity.

Approximate dimensions: 21″ L x 6″ W x 9″ H.

It’s a sweet piece to own, especially if you’re into STAR WARS collectibles!

Here’s a great opportunity.

You may already know that for $89.88 you can purchase (from Amazon) a BATTLESTAR GALACTICA Colonial Warrior Blaster Prop Replica Kit. It’s a kit that enables you to build a resin cast prop replica of the Colonial Blaster as seen in the original Battlestar Galactica TV series.

A fan has assembled the kit, finished it with several thin layers of paint in which each layer was wetsanded with a high grit sand paper, and now put it up for auction on Ebay. Although made from a kit, given this is personally painted and finished I’m going to say its a one-of-a-kind.

The starting bid is at $99.99, but if you want a cool looking Colonial Blaster without all the work of doing it yourself, this is your chance.

The video above is a scene from MINORITY REPORT, the 2002 sci-fi film starring Tom Cruise that was based on a short story by Philip K. Dick.

In the scene you get to see an awesome weapon in action. I’ve seen it referred to as a Pre-Crime Shotgun, a Concussion Rifle, and a combination of both of these.

Having not read the short story (yet), I’ll go with Pre-Crime Concussion Shotgun for now.

There’s no official movie prop replica available of this weapon that I know of, unfortunately. But if you know of one, by all means let me know in the comments below! Yeah I know, that’s a lot of know’s…
